Meet Dr. Meri MacLeod
“The church finds itself situated within a time of great cultural transition.... My passion is to engage congregational leaders in learning new ways of being the church and creating adaptive cultures that are both theologically rooted and culturally responsive.”
Dr. Meri MacLeod has served on the staff of three congregations, led university campus ministries, pioneered collaborative partnerships between congregations and parachurch organizations, and consulted in leadership development. She has published an interactive Bible Study series and co-authored a discipleship handbook. A frequent speaker and recent board member of Presbyterians for Renewal, Meri has been an Assistant Professor at Fuller Theological Seminary, and Dean of an adult education program. Currently, she is Director of Distance Learning, and Associate Professor of Educational Leadership, teaching in the area of congregational change and postmodern culture at Western Theological Seminary in Holland, Michigan.
